Mission
The mission of our school is to prepare the students to become the good citizens of our country.
I Sr. Elsa Grace FCC, the Principal of St. Francis School sending good wishes to all. Being the Principal of the school I would like to share with you some reflections on education. Education is not so much information to put into a child's mind. It's to BRING OUT from his/ her heart and mind what is already there. We are living in a world where morality is on the decline. So teach the children to be morally upright. It's certainly an uphill task but train them to swim against the tide. Students must perceive the spirit of dedicated life, committed to great cause and ideals. They must be appreciated for the good deeds. Simultaneously teach the children to observe and appreciate the act of virtue of other people is equally important. Dr. Abdul Kalam the former President of India has said, " If a country is to be corruption free and become a nation of beautiful minds, I strongly feel there are three societal members who can make a difference. They are : the Father, the Mother and the Teacher. So pupils must be guided towards the values, principles and the norms of the society. So education must help them to bring out their good values, talents and abilities in all the levels and to make them integrated persons".
